WThis is an easy take on a beverage from a new drinks list. This is a batch premix which is packed with tastes of the festive period, which makes it ideal for a holiday party. Save the extra syrup to use in morning drinks, desserts, or for more rounds of bikinis.

Yields 10 people
Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Method
Making the Cordial: Combine every items inside a pot, bring to a light boil, stirring to dissolve. Next, take off the stove and let it to cool down entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, close it and store chilled, it will last for up to a month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour every liquid ingredients into one big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base to a stirring glass containing ice, gently stirring gently for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with some cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
