Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
